Dry and fine conditions spread across Europe on Tuesday

Monday
Dry, warm and sunny across Portugal, Spain, the Balearic Islands, Corsica, Sardinia and Italy on Monday though a few showers may develop to the far south of Italy and for Sicily later. Warm too for Greece and Turkey though widespread, locally heavy and thundery, showers develop across Greece and northern Turkey later.
Early patchy rain across southwestern parts of France and Germany fades to leave a dry and fine day here and for the Low Countries. Light patchy rain affects parts of Switzerland, Austria and the Czech Republic at times too. Outbreaks of rain, this locally heavy and thundery, affects Poland, Slovakia and Hungary though this slowly clears east through the afternoon and evening.
A band of rain continues to affect southern parts of Norway and Sweden on Monday though it stays dry and fine to the north of this and for Finland. Early rain clears from Denmark to leave a fine day here while heavy outbreaks of rain continue to affect the southern Baltic States.

Tuesday

Warm too for Greece and Turkey though widespread, locally heavy and thundery, showers develop across Greece as well as northern and western Turkey later.
High pressure brings dry, warm and fine conditions to France, Switzerland, the Low Countries, Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic. A front over eastern Poland continues to bring thundery outbreaks of rain here while early rain clears east from Slovakia and Hungary to leave a dry and sunny day here.
High pressure building over Scandinavia brings a dry and fine day to much of Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. Some cloud and patchy rain may linger over southern portions of Norway and Sweden at times. Dry and fine for Estonia and Latvia while parts of Lithuania could continue to see some thundery outbreaks of rain.
