Stormy conditions continue to affect Greece, Cyprus and Turkey


Monday
Mostly sunny and dry for Spain and Portugal though cloud builds into the far northwest. Fair but dry for the Balearic Islands with a bit of cloud around at times. Dry and sunny weather for Corsica, Sardinia and Italy too. Windy with heavy rain, some of it thundery, and spells of snow for southeastern Greece, Cyprus and western Turkey. Drier and brighter for northwest Greece and eastern Turkey.
A mostly dry and sunny day for France and the Low Countries though cloud builds from the northwest later. Mostly dry and fair for Germany, the Czech Republic and Slovakia though there will be some cloud at times. A dry and sunny day for Switzerland, Austria and Hungary. A few wintry showers affect eastern Poland though these ease through the day.
Breezy and overcast for Denmark while a band of rain, sleet and snow clears east across Finland and the Baltic States to leave a drier, brighter end to the day. Further rain and snow for western coastal regions of Norway, some of this reaches far western parts of Sweden at times. Dry and fine for southern Sweden.

Tuesday
Cloudy at times for northern parts of Spain but dry and sunny elsewhere and for Portugal. Cloud builds over Corsica, Sardinia and Italy bringing light scattered showers at times. Dry and bright for southern Italy. Heavy rain and strong winds clear east from Greece leaving a bright and dry end to the day. Cyprus and much of Turkey continue to see stormy conditions with high winds and heavy rain. This turns to snow over the Turkish mountains.
Cloudy for France with occasional scattered showers to the west. Mostly dry and bright for the Low Countries and western Germany. Early rain eases over southern Germany but it remains cloudy here and to the east. Occasional snow showers affect Switzerland and Austria where it will be cloudy at times. Mostly dry and bright for Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia.
Cloud clears east from Denmark leaving dry and bright conditions here. A mostly cloudy day for Finland and the Baltic States with isolated wintry showers. Mostly dry for Sweden though there will be variable amounts of cloud around. Starting dry and fine for much of Norway though cloud builds and wind picks up from the west with rain arriving through the late afternoon.
