Unsettled conditions for eastern Europe with widespread thunderstorms

Monday
Monday is dry and sunny for much of Iberia though isolated showers affect northern Spain at times while heavy, thundery showers affect the far southeast. Heavy outbreaks of rain affect northern and central Italy while the far south and Sicily stay dry and bright. Mostly dry and sunny for Greece and Turkey with isolated showers developing to the north and far east at times.
Widespread showers affect France, the Low Countries and Germany though some spells of sunshine develop in between. A band of heavy, thundery rain clears east from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary through the day while heavy showers develop over Switzerland and Austria.
Mostly dry and fine for northern parts of Norway, Sweden and Finland with scattered showers affecting southern areas. These my be locally heavy in southern Finland. Dry and fine for western Denmark with isolated showers to the east while widespread heavy, sometimes thundery, showers affect the Baltic States.

Tuesday
Dry and bright for much of Spain and Portugal with isolated showers to the north and southeast of Spain as well as for the Balearic Islands. Another showery day for northern and central Italy, these often heavy and thundery. Drier and brighter to the south and for Sicily with just isolated showers here. A mostly dry and sunny day for Greece and Turkey though isolated thunderstorms and showers flare up through the afternoon.
Northwestern parts of France and Germany as well as the Low Countries stay dry and fair on Tuesday while widespread showers, some thundery, develop over southeastern areas. Mostly dry and fine for Poland though thunderstorms develop later to the east. Widespread, often thundery, showers affect Switzerland, Austria, Hungary and Slovakia while the Czech Republic stays drier with just isolated light showers here.
A dry and fair day for Denmark while early showers over southern parts of Norway and Sweden fade to leave a dry and bright day here too. Showers, some of which will be heavy and thundery, feed northward over the Baltic States and Finland.
