Low pressure across northern into central Europe while a comparatively better Mediterranean

Friday
Rain across northern Portugal and northern Spain. Fair through eastern and southern Spain with good spells of sunshine. Fine too for the Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia. Italy will be dry with more sunshine here. Staying fair across Greece, plenty of sunshine, and remaining fine in central and western Turkey too.
Unsettled for France with some heavy rain in central and eastern areas. Heavy showers in the west. Sunshine and showers for the Low Countries and Germany and feeling cold here. Further showers for northern Poland, rain to the south, again some of this heavy. Hungary and Austria and well as Switzerland will have heavy and thundery rain.
Showers in Denmark, some heavy. Windy and cold with some wintry showers for the Baltic States. Heavy showers in Finland. Sleet and snow for northern Sweden but dry to the south. More showers, sleet and snow in western and northern Norway.

Saturday
Some showery rain though central parts of Portugal and Spain but largely dry with sunny spells elsewhere. The odd shower through the Baleraics but largely dry. Mainly dry across Corsica and Sardinia but it will be windy and gusty, particularly through Corsica. Some showers across Italy but plenty of dry places too. Mainly dry across Greece and Turkey.
Outbreaks of rain across central France will become confined to far eastern areas later. Showery rain with a mix of sleet and possible snow for the Low Countries into Germany where it will be windy. Largely dry but cold and breezy across Poland. Outbreaks of rain, snow in upland regions, across Switzerland and Austria. Unsettled with heavy and thundery rain down the Balkan States.
An area of low pressure sits over Scandinavia. There will be a brisk northernly wind through Norway where snow showers continue pushing in here as well as across southern Sweden but it should be mainly dry here. Snow to the north. Snow across the far north of Finland but drier further south. Denmark will be cold, windy though with much sunshine and some showers in the west. Wintry showers continue affecting the Baltic region at times.
