Cold in much of northern Europe, wintry showers for Norway, better through the Mediteranean

Thursday
Showers across central and northern Spain today. fair in southern Spain and Portugal with good spells of sunshine. Wet for Majorca and Ibiza as well as Menorca. Rain for southern Italy, sunshine and showers in the north. Greece will be dry with lots of sunshine. Fair too in Turkey and staying sunny here.
Scattered showers across southern France. Mostly dry with sunny spells elsewhere, rather breezy. The Low Countries and Germany should be dry with sunny spells. Cool in Poland with some showers. Rain through Hungary as well as Switzerland and Austria.
Chilly in Denmark with sunny spells. Some wintry showers over eastern parts of Sweden. The Baltic States and Finland will have wintry showers and will be feeling cold. Staying cold over Norway, wintry showers in the west and north.

Friday
Rain afecting western parts of Portugal on Friday. Fair in most of Spain and Portugal with lots of sunshine. Scattered showers over Corsica and Sardinia. The showers affecting northern Italy too, although rain in the south. Greece will have lots of sunshine, although some rain in the far north. Turkey should be dry with plenty of sunshine too.
Breezy in France and dry here with plenty of sunshine. Remaining dry in the Low Countries, more sunshine here. Showers affecting eastern Germany with heavy, more frequent showers in Poland. These showers will be affecting Hungary and Austria too as well as Switzerland.
A cold day in Denmark with a stiff northwest breeze and sunny spells together with showers. Breezy for the Baltic States with some showers or rain here. Further showers and outbreaks of rain in Finland. Sweden will be wet in the south, drier in the north. Some wintry showers in western and northern Norway. Breezy here too.
