Heavy rain affecting the Balkans and parts of Italy.

Sunday
Staying dry for western Spain and Portugal with warm sunshine, but quite breezy toward the Atlantic coasts. A few showers for eastern Spain. Showers forming for the Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia. Generally unsettled across central Europe with areas of rain and increasingly widespread heavy and thundery showers, these affecting central and southern France, the Alps and northern Italy. Heavy downpours likely for the northern Balkans. Dry, sunny and warm for Greece, Turkey and the western Black Sea coasts.
Northwestern France looks mainly dry. After a dry start expect a scattering of showers forming by afternoon for the Low Countries, Germany, Denmark and Poland. High pressure over much of Scandinavia brings a fine day with sunny spells. A little rain grazes northern Norway.

Monday
A breezy day though mostly dry across Spain and Portugal. Showers still could form over the Balearics but perhaps a drier day compared with yesterday here. Heavy rain expected the Tyrrhenian Sea that is likely to affect parts of central and southern Italy then on across Sicily later. Mostly dry with warm sunshine through Greece and Turkey.
Showers as well as longer spells of rain across much of France, though western areas perhaps fairing drier. Heavy showers across Switzerland inot west Austria. Relatively cool and showery across the Nerthlands and Germany looks mainly dry. Improving across southern Poland though staying unsettled towards the north here.
Showery through Denmark and spells of rain, at times heavy and persistent across the Baltic States. Sunshine and showers affecting Norway and Sweden. Largely dry yet breezy across Finland.
